ArgueResolver is a mobile application that uses AI-powered mediation to help users resolve conflicts, find common ground, and reach agreements. The app processes conflict descriptions locally on your device and provides unbiased mediation, communication guidance, and resolution tracking features.

User Accounts

ArgueResolver does not require user accounts or registration. All app functionality is available without creating an account.

Subscription Services

ArgueResolver offers premium subscription services that provide additional features and capabilities:

  • Progress tracking and relationship insights

Subscription Plans:

  • Lifetime Plan: $99.99 one-time payment

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

In-App Purchases

ArgueResolver offers various in-app purchases to enhance your experience:

  • Premium subscription plans (as described above)
  • Additional mediation sessions for complex conflicts
  • Specialized conflict resolution frameworks

Purchase Terms:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices may change at any time with notice
  • Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect

Free Trial

ArgueResolver may offer free trial periods for premium features:

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period
  • Trial periods are limited to one per user per feature

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled according to the following policies:

  • iOS Users: Refunds are processed through Apple's App Store refund system
  • Android Users: Refunds are processed through Google Play Store policies
  • Contact the respective app store for refund requests
  • We do not process refunds directly

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Use the app to mediate conflicts involving illegal activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
  • Share your subscription with others

In no event shall ArgueResolver be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our mediation services.

  • Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
